Sometimes, we would like to identify the attendees by dividing them into different groups. To do this, groupings can be created on EventXtra platform and put certain attendees into the groups. With groupings, you can:
- sort the attendees by categories;
- add the data of the group that the attendees belong to in email draft and name badges;
- show the group on checkin app.
1. Go to Attendees page
a. Select attendees;
b. Click "Add to" on the red menu bar;
c. Select the group that the attendees should be in.
2. Selected Attendees will be put in the group.
After a few seconds loading, a green message will appear telling the attendees are now in the group.
You can use the filter to check again.
