What is Walk-in?
For attendees who have not registered or provided any information before the event, there has no data about them on EventXtra platform so they have to check in an event by using Walk-in function.
In Checkin App, enter an event and you can see there is a “Walk-in” button on the top.
Ask the walk-in guest to fill in the information you want to collect and click SUBMIT.
Done! You will see the Thank you message below and the walk-in guest will also receive a badge when label printer is well connected.
