Once the data sheet of attendees is imported, data will be saved in the Waitlist by default.
Attendees in Waitlist will not be shown in the Checkin app on iPads.
Here are a few steps to do the approval in a minute.
1. Go to Waitlist. Attendees can be selected one-by-one or all for approval. Check the checkbox at the top of attendee records to select all or select one-by-one by checking the checkbox at the left of each attendee record.
2. When attendees are checked, a red tool bar shows up on top of attendee records. Click Approve.
3. Selected records will be listed in a table for ensuring the right attendees are selected. Click Confirm Approval to continue after checking the attendees information.
4. Attendee records will be shifted to Approved list when the approval is done.
