If attendees had been already uploaded to EventXtra platform but none can be found in Checkin app on the iPads, most reasons are:
- Data in Checkin app has not been updated;
- Attendee records are in the Waitlist. (In this case, please see How to approve attendees in Waiting for approval?)
To sync data between the platform and Checkin app, a refresh button can help as below.
Use the Reload All Event Information to sync the data.
Tips: If attendees still cannot be found in Checkin app, please try to log out and log in the app on the iPad.
