When the first time using “My Member” feature on EventXtra platform, a list of member data has to be imported as the database.
Upload CSV File
1. Click My Members then All Contacts at the left menu column. Member List page will show up. Click Import a group of members to add member data to your Member List.
2. Click Browse to select a CSV file from your computer. Remember to set the first row of the CSV file as the headers of each column.
After a CSV file is uploaded, Data Mapping will be the next step to set up the member database.
