Our platform will consider 2 members are duplicated if all of the following rules are matched:
- Full Name are the same;
- One of their phone numbers are the same; and
- One of the emails are the same.
After importing the members data, the platform shows the number of detected duplicates and asks user to view the suspected duplicated records. Click the View duplicates button to see the details.
2 sets of data which are suspected to be duplication will be shown in the same box. You can decide to merge these 2 sets of data or not.
3. If you would like to merge all of these duplications, a Merge all button can be found at the bottom of the page. Or, you can click Not merge all for not merging any sets of data.
