To set up secondary email(s) in your registration form
1) Go to "Registration" and select the registration form you want to set up secondary email(s).
2) In "Form Fields" under the registration form, you can turn on the default field "Secondary Email(s)" and/or make it as a required field.
3) Save your form setting after making the changes.
Edit the field names on Registration Form (Custom Label)
