There are a few attendee statuses shown in the attendee list, which are Approved, Invitation, Waitlist, Pending, Abandoned, Not Going, Rejected, Checked in and Absent. According to the attendee action, EMS will automatically move to the right status.
Approved: People who responded to going in RSVP emails, registering publicly, or approved from the waitlist by you.
Invitation: People you have imported or added to invite, or not yet responded to your RSVP email.
Waitlist： People who responded to going in RSVP emails or registered publicly under the effect of approval mechanism.
Abandoned: People who did not complete payment within 30 minutes.
Rejected: People who were rejected by you from the waitlist.
Checked in: People who were approved and checked-in by check-in App before the event end time.
Absent: People who were approved but not checked- in by Check-in App before the event end time.
1. If the event is finished and the event attendee did check in by EventXtra Check-in app, all checked in attendees will be automatically moved to Checked in list from Approved list; if the attendee didn't attend the event, after the event end time the attendee will be in the Absent list.
2. If the organizer only use the registration form and they didn't use EventXtra Check-in app to do the check-in, all the attendee will be in Absent list.
