If you would like to add ticketing to your event, please turn on the ticketing. All the tickets created in Ticketing have been added to your registration form by default. To learn more about how to create tickets, please click here.
Organiser can remove any tickets by clicking the trash icon (at the top-right corner of the ticket) next to the ticket.
Drag and drop tickets from the available ticket list on the left-hand side to add a removed ticket back to your form. You can also drag and drop the ticket in registration builder to reorder the ticket list.
Your registration form will skip the ticketing step during attendee registration when the ticketing toggle is OFF.
If organizer would like to set up the registration quota control, please go to the Ticketing page and you will find a "default ticket" will be automatically generated by the system. Users can set the quantity and turn on the approval mechanism to control the registration quota.
- If you enable ticketing on your registration, there should be at least ONE ticket is required.
- Once the registration form is published, ticketing cannot be enabled or disabled. You will need to unpublish the form to turn on/off ticketing and publish the form again.
