If the registration requires tickets, please turn on the ticketing. All the tickets created in Ticketing have been added to your registration form by default. To learn more about how to create tickets, please click here.
The organiser can remove any tickets by clicking the trash icon (at the top-right corner of the ticket) next to the ticket.
User can drag and drop tickets from the available ticket list on the left-hand side to add a removed ticket back to your form. You can also drag and drop the ticket in registration builder to reorder the ticket list.
- If you enable ticketing on your registration, there should be at least one ticket is required.
- Once you publish the form, it cannot turn on/ off the ticketing toggle. User needs to unpublish the form if you want to switch on/ off the ticketing.
- Your registration form will skip the ticketing step during attendee registration when the ticketing toggle is OFF.
