If your event is by invitation only and simply asking for "Yes" or "No" for guest's attendance with pre-filled information, we would suggest you send out the invitations via RSVP.
RSVP form Set Up
Step 1: Go to "RSVP invitation" page, then click "Create RSVP invitation" button.
Step 2: System will direct you to the RSVP form builder. To learn more how to set up the registration form, please click here
First name, Last name and Primary Email field should contain in the form. When the registrant opens the RSVP form First name, Last name and Primary Email field cannot be edited by invitees.
On the RSVP registration thank you page, organiser can design the thank you page when the invitee answer RSVP response is Yes and No.
Importing Attendees
Step 1: After finished setting up the form, user can import the invitees to the event. To learn more about how to import attendees, please click here
Our system will direct you to the attendee importing page after clicking "Import attendees" from the RSVP widget.
Xtra Tips: User needs to import attendee first name and last name to the platform instead of import the attendee full name. After that, the RSVP form can show the attendee first name and last name.
Step 2: After doing data mapping, please select "Added" status to import the attendees.
Step 3: The imported attendees will be in the invitation list.
When clicking into the attendee profile, you will find "RSVP invitation 1" is assigned to the attendees automatically who are imported during the importing attendees step in RSVP invitation 1 widget.
Set Up RSVP Auto-confirmation Email
Step 1: System will direct user to RSVP auto-confirmation email edit page after clicking "Set up confirmation email" from the RSVP widget.
Step 2: Click 'Edit message' on the top left corner in the email preview to edit.

Step 4: After completing the RSVP confirmation email design, click the "Apply" button to save the changes and apply the email.
Set Up RSVP Invitation Email
Step 1: System will direct you to invitation email edit page after clicking "Send Invitation Email"
Step 2: Click 'Edit message' on the top left corner in the email preview to edit.
Step 3: In our default RSVP invitation email template, system automatically inserted the RSVP form merge tag for "Yes, I am going" button. Therefore, it will direct the registrants to the RSVP form when they click the "Yes" button from the invitation email.
Xtra Tips: Please do not remove the RSVP form merge tag. Otherwise, the registrant cannot register the RSVP form.
Step 4: After completing the RSVP invitation email design, you can click 'Recipients' and select 'Groups of attendees' to send out the invitation email.
By scheduling the sending date and time, you can adjust suitable time-slot for sending the email to attendees or you can select "Send now" to broadcast the email right away.
Step 5: After sending the RSVP invitation email, system will display a popup message to inform you the invitation was sent. User can click "set up On-site check-in" to design the name badge or click "Set up Event App" to set up and design the event app for the event.
